Not sure, but my guess would be some flaws were fixed.  Call it anal
or whatever but when I got mine it had some small issues in the black
around some inserts and one or two other small imperfections that I
had touched and the field re cleared with a heavier coat.  Field is
now beautiful cant wait to get it in the game.

I have only seen one ipb addams family that wasn't riddled with flaws
on the art and inserts. (JD) You should try shinning a bright light
thru the inserts. About 1/2 of the pf's have the lettering printed
too thin. Most have touch up done with a magic marker on keylines
around inserts. (All ipb have this especially TAF and MM)
The clear is thin, and has dust in it, plus it has not been leveled or
buffed.
If you saw one I have "Tweeked" next to one that isn't, you would see
a world of diffrence.
I know how much work is involved in swapping one, and I believe if you
are going to invest that much time, it is worth it to have a perfect
pf.
I am sure plenty of people are now going to post that there's is fine,
or they never seen what I am talking about, or they like thin dusty
clear. Whatever. I am a perfectionist.
