the Amperage rating on the fuse that mostly counts.   The voltage rating is
what voltage a blown fuse won't allow to arc.(arcing is bad)
Otherwise the higher voltage the better.  Many of those glass fuses are 250
volts.  A good number.

But the Amperage raating should be the same correct rating.  Hopefully you
just mis-spoke what you did.

Trying to sell my Torch and I went to play a game. The game wouldn't
start, ok. I look under and wow what a surprise...it's a fuse. So I
replace the fuse with the correct voltage and I'm thinking "alright,
problem solved." Now that I replaced the fuse the game still won't
start. I'm guessing something on the board is fried but I don't know.
I have a Ni-Wumph in there right now. Let me know if you could help me
out.

Thanks

Actually the voltage rating isn't the voltage at which the fuse wont
allow it to arc, it is the maximum voltage at which a fuse is designed
to operate. Exceeding the voltage rating of a fuse impairs its ability
to clear an overload or short circuit safely. So basically at any
voltage higher than the rating it is unsafe and may be prone to
arcing, but is not specifically the voltage at which arcing will
occur. I hope you just mispoke when you said that.
