Ok - resolved. Ran through the simple tests from Pinrepair - Lloyd was
right - U20 was shot. Was hoping i didnt need to replace the others
(U15, etc). Socketed and replaced the 2803a and - works great my
slings and bumpers are back to life. Got a nice socket out of the
excursion.
