OK, I call the wife at 11. I say, Hi, I am calling about the pinball
machine. She says "Oh, Hi, is this Dave?"  I say "Yes it is!" (But my
name is Joe). She asks what time I am coming, I said I lost the
address. She gives it to me. I haul ass over there, figuring "Dave"
will be there at noon. I roll up, take it apart, cram the head in the
back seat and stick the body as far into the trunk as it will go, and
back out, almost running into "Dave" , who was pulling into the
driveway, looking for his pin.  :)

I thought i was bad. There was a cl posting that just said "pinball
machine" with a picture of a roller coaster tycoon with the price of
$500.

I immediately emailed and a lady said someone was coming to get it at
3pm. It was 9am and I am 3 hours away. I tell them i will give them
200 more and be there before the other guy and i've been looking for
this specific machine for quite some time....

Hopped in the truck and picked up a very nice rct from a rich couple
for 700.... score!
