Bottom line, your fuse is good. A blown fuse will show up as infinite
resistance.
Fuses are ideally 0 ohms and should measure a few tenths of an ohm.
Short your leads together to see if your meter reads zero... you may
be measuring a small amount of lead resistance too. Usually you're
not concerned with an ohm or two of reading error, but in this case
you are and you need to make sure to press fairly hard with the points
of the meter leads to make sure you get an accurate reading.
