Factory reset means your batteries failed, or battery holder failed.
Game resets. Don't just charge in on a bridge rectifier. Many things cause
them.
Any heavy appliances on the same line like an air conditioner or
refrigerator ? your wall voltage okay and game set for same thing ? Have you
worked on the game recently ? ( putting in a new switch and wiring it wrong
or reversing a diode can raise problems ).
Power off, reseat transformer connectors on the game side where they run up
to the head and then reset the connector where power goes onto the driver
board.
Still resetting ? Then I would pull the power driver board and inspect
bridge rectifier 2, see if the solder joints are good and no broken traces.
All good so far ? Then I would replace bridge rectifier 2 and put the board
back in and see where you are at. LTG :)

Game boots and starts a game and seems to play fine.
When game was started it stated Factory Reset and while trying to
reset the time it reset.
Assuming a BR but wondered if there was a specific one that may cause
this, seems odd.
TIA, Taylor
