As I posted before I ordered a wrong flipper rubber with Pinball Life.
It was my mistake but Terry sent me the right one at no
charge....great vendor.

I ordered a ring kit as part of a $160 order from pbresourse. The kit
was short 3 twenty cent post rubbers. I was told they send only what
the manual lists and if I wanted the three rubber they would send them
to me with an invoice....shitty vendor.

I know Steve is greatly loved here so flame suit is on and firmly
secured.

Missing parts is an ongoing struggle with PBR. I document everything
I send them in an email and it is often still missing a part or two.
Unless it is critical to what I am trying to get done in the next week
or so, I generally just blow it off an chalk it up to:
a. He is really the only game in town for Gottlieb EMs
b. His prices are substantially less than the other vendors for most
of the stuff I order.

Price is a mixed bag and you need to shop a little. I was jousting
with Mr. Dubbs on rubber cost this spring and came up with the
following rubber cost for a Doodle bug I was working on:

PBR
13.09 = kitted; 12.39 = unkitted single rubbers; 11.18 = minimum
possible cost if bought in bulk lot of ten

Pinball Life
10.96 = unkitted , 9.98 = lot of 10. 8.84 = lot of 100

Marco
14.95 = kit. 14.72 = single bands, unkitted.

I also needed to rebuild 5 pop bumpers, including base, ring and rod
assembly and body.

PBR total cost = 28.04
Pinball Life total cost = 49.70

Pinball Life has great prices on bulbs, leg brackets, leg bolts and
playfield glass.

For me, it usually it comes down to part availability as much as
anything. I will wait and stock up on the above parts every now and
then though.
