to respond to some of the comments:

He asked why we waited several months to post. While I was at IPB
over the past month (which was daily for several hours a day) I asked
Kim if this guy ever bought a ramp from them, and she pulled up the
transaction and gave me a copy of it. We then called the Dr and said
we had proof that he lied on the amount of the ramp and he refused to
return a phone call. So after waiting a few weeks, the post was made.

Also to clairfy, the price of the machine was 1500.00 prepped for
shipping, the total of 2200 was because he also bought a jukebox. So
there was never a reason to do a chargeback for the full 2200.00, But
that is the amount of the original chargeback, he tried to get the
full amount of both machines.

This machine did not have a hole driled through the ramp, this is yet
another lie by the doctor. It may have had a broken plastic, I dont
replace every plastic when shopping out a machine as it is not always
reasonable. This was a nice routed machine, it was not a HUO
machine. Infact, several RGP guys here saw the machine in my garage
and thought that it was a nice looking machine. Also, now that I
think about it, If any of you were at Expo, then you saw the machine,
as i took it up to the chicago expo back in October.

Out of curiosity, what is the current status of this transaction. Are you
still out the $2200? Did you settle on a $250 refund? It has sort of been
lost in this very long thread.
