Driver board resistor and traces sounds good, i have carefully inspected
everything...

<Check resistance from the pin on the 74HC273 that drives the mosfet to
<the input pin of the mosfet. I had a problem like that that was
<caused by an open trace from the resistor. Also check the soldering
<on the top of the board for the mosfet to make sure it flowed through.

I have carefully inspected all the traces and all the resistor value.
Everything fine. Also the 74HC276 it's now socketed and new!
What it could be? Something on the cpu!
