Coming soon Bally Xenon FS in NJ new PF

Just putting the word out. I will be offering for sale a restored
Xenon pin. Resto includes CPR's new pf with blue inserts at the top 4
multipliers where it's supposed to have green. Personally I think blue
is a better look for the theme of the game. I can install yellow lamps
under them to make them light up green. (maybe). She's also getting
the new CPR repro plastics with extra slings and the new style key
fob. All new blue pf posts from PBR. rebuilt flippers, slings, pop
bumpers. Mostly all coils will be changed out. New repro hot stamped
drop targets.(PBR). Repro bumper caps. Many new parts are going into
this machine. Was working 100% before I started the pf swap. Swap
started with all new lamp sockets and ground chase. Cleaned all
mounting plates for flippers,slings,ball ejects etc. Had to change the
right flipper mounting plate due to stripped screw hole for coil stop.
Took a nice one from a BPM.
Right now I have an original -35 mpu, it has minor acid, but plays
okay. Will be changing that with a cleaner one, with reflowed header
pins and memory cap installed. All the displays are working. Has an
nos 6 dig display in for ball and dredit display. Will be reworking
the 7 digits with upgraded 1 watt resistors and reflowing header pins.
Sound and vocalizer recently replaced. Bought from Linkpete (ebayer).
Will do ground mods on solenoid driver. Power is coming from a new
production dash 54 from Marco.
Other new items will include new coin door skin, new stainless side
rails(Chris Munson), chrome bg lift channel. I just had the lockdown
mechanism replated(zinc) and some other cabintet parts replated as
well. Of course a new tube shot tuba and light strip will be
installed. New flipper cabinet switch contacts, new EOS contacts. All
new coil sleeves and tension washers.
Right now I'm in the process of learning how to remove ball grooves
from the ball guides and ramp, having them re-mirrored. Also finding
rivets to redo the L brackets..
I'm putting alot into this machine mainly because it has a nice
original cabinet with only minor wear and real nice backglass. I do
have a cabinet stencil kit but I'm going to leave the cabinet
original, I think that would be best for now. I'm sure I forgot to
mention some things.
If anyone wants some pics of my progress so far, please ask. Not sure
of an asking price yet. Still have alot to do yet.
