HI Guys...  finally some progress.  The score motor is now behaving,
but I have a bunch of other problems.  Looks like the guests got in
the machine to try to fix it, and had put th coin adjustment plug back
in out of sync.  It was half way between one coin and two coin
positions.  Argh...   The key will now be hidden instead of on the
backbox.

Now I'm going to figure out what is going on.  The first symptom of
things not ok is pushing the start game button adds a credit now.  But
I'll report back soon.  Just didn't want to waste any of your time on
the score motor issue.

Thanks,

Dan

Continuing the saga...

I think I found the reasons they tried to get inside the machine.
Looks like it will only add two players at once.  Push the start
button, and it works twice, but try the third, and nothing happens.

Any ideas.  I'm diving into the player unit right now, but it seems a
bit bizarre since the relay isn't even activating.

Anyone seen this?  is there some other plug they could have messed
with that would have caused this.  I'm now suspicious of all the
plugs, and a couple of them in the backbox are unlabeled.

Thanks as usual,

Dan

Ugh... now I'm chasing the gremlins.  Now it won't start up.  Push
start and it resets, but does not start a game.  I'm worrying that in
all the point cleaning and adjusting i've gotten some gunk in
somewhere. What relay starts the game?  I thought it was the credit?
Could this be related to the problem of not adding players of a second
ago?

Thanks again..

And I've already hidden the key.  Never again.

Dan

OK Game over lock relay was stuck so I've cleaned that up and were
back in business, but only able to put up 2 players. The end is in
sight, but if anyone has an idea on this, I'd be grateful.
