him I needed one and that Gene didn't have any more, he walked me out

at all.  I thought it was a cool thing to do as the FH playfield was
one of the main things I went to Allentown hoping to buy.  I always
use Marco first now.  Just my experience of course, but it totally

I don't know maybe I'm over-reacting here. I have ordered from Marco a
few times without incident and my complaints are kind of minor when I
take a breath and step back from it.

Maybe someone pissed on my cornflakes this morning, I don't know.

This last week working on the return kind of left a bad taste in my
mouth though, and set off my rant this morning. I didn't mention
though I canceled on monday morning that there were two phone calls to
marco, and a couple unaswered emails during the week, and It was not
confirmed that my order was even canceled until Friday. Oh and by the
way the customer service email that's on their site doesn't work.
Comes back as invalid email address. Try it! They need to update that
but I think they just got sick of all the emails so they didn't fix
that either. According to my credit card website the credit was issued
on monday, but didn't show on the site till friday and said post date
of friday. When a credit is issued it is usually posted the next day,
so it's not Marco's fault that my credit card didn't post it till
3/27, so I was kind of screwed by them too. Nancy did answer with the
RMA info by her marco email address that does work yesterday but my
card activity didn't show the credit till this morning. Also the
tracking they sent me still said my order shipped, and so did my
account on Marco's website. There were two other people I talked to on
wed. and thursday at marco that told me my order shipped and they
didn't cancel it. I asked why fedex only said electronic info sent but
no pickup scan and they had no answer to that. So basically I
cancelled the order on monday and didn't get confirmation that it was
in fact cancelled until Friday. All the back and forth just got to me.
Not all their fault and I did get credit but for all the hassle to see
the 10% taken off was kind of the straw if you know what I mean.

Ok, I'll calm down and let it go. I won't let this one mix-up make my
decision, and will probably give them another chance in the future. I
did play a part in this by canceling an order but I didn't think it
would be that big of a deal. And there was a lack of communication and
a general feeling they didn't know what was going on that touched a
nerve with me.

Now I'm just babbling, I gotta stop!

Venting publicly isn't always the best idea so I would like to just
say I'm just going to let it go...
