Super MEGA Thank you to Kerry for all his help for me tonight.
We now have 80% of this beast up and running
It looks like I'm going to need some parts and more cleaning, but its
starting to show major signs of life.
Lots of work still to be done.
Thank you once again Kerry and to all that chimed in on the thread.
It's great that you have playfield life... now to clean up the start-
up problems.
On the score motor running... you've shown that manually operating
(forcing open I think) the reset relay stops the score motor... so I'm
pretty sure the problem is in the reset relay coil control, with is at
about C12 & D12 on the schematics.
One of the 16 Drum Units Zero switches or the Bonus Zero Relay switch
is closed when it should not be. The Bonus Zero Relay switch is
easiest to check, so make sure the switch with the Green/Black and
Yellow wires on it is OPEN.
If that's not the problem, then it's one of the score reels. To check
that you need to go through them one at a time. There should be some
type of wire or clip that lets the individual reels slide out from the
back. You should be able to see a switch that operates when the score
reel advances to zero. Make sure that's open when the score reel
would read zero from the front. It looks like there might be two
different zero detect switches.
If you can follow the schematic, once those two parallel switches are
OPEN, the RESET relay will release which you've already shown stops
the score motor. Let me know if you have questions.

Hello to all
Two main problems plague this machine.
1.the game will endlessly rest itself after the first credit is rung
in and the score reels set reset to zero.
I have to manually open the reset relay to get it to stop.
2. The scoring triggers on the playfield will ring in all 3 scores at
different times.
When a 10 is triggered it will most times just ring in 10 points, but
sometimes ring all 3 scores.
When a 100 is triggered it will more often than not ring both 100 and
1000.
As I am a novice with any type of pinball machine, these problems
stump me.
If any of the experts here can lead me to a solution to these problems
I'd be deeply grateful
Mike.
