"Coil Bounce" on power up - what's up with that?



Working on a DE Time Machine. When I flip on the power switch some of
the coils momentarily "bounce"... sort a half hearted attempt to
fire. They do the same thing when I flip off the power switch.
Anybody know what that's a symptom of?... if anything?
