1st of all sepins can blow me.

2nd this is not my posting

"#1 - Stern Monopoly, nice game, slight wear on flipper buttons

PF cleaned (Novus), has new rubber kit that goes with"

3rd- yes the price has dropped to what you may think is finnally
reasonable. but its definetly a deal for someone has flipper
protectors. but again lite fade on left side of cab. im not trying to
hide anything from a buyer. i have pics if you would like.

4th the sttng was real nice nothing broken, real clean, im sad that i
sold it for 2300 dollars.

5th se pins just seems like another guy that wants the best price when
its time to buy, and when its time to sell wants the most cash. there
seems to be quite a few people on the pin sites that pull this same
greasy stuff. if you dont like the price, then dont buy. im not
posative but have you even seen pics of the pin before you judge it?
or do you just have a hair across your ass?

You're right! The posting was by Rich for sale of game you bought and
you are now reselling! Why didn't you disclose the fade and flipper
wear when you described it as "looks just like it came out of the
box".

Did I ever ask you for pics of Monopoly or show an interest in
it...No! Hate the game. So I have no reason to hurt the sale of your
game. But your disclosure of SttNG and the pics you sent didn't match..

And you are leaving quite a trail here about your disclosure of games..
There are 4 different disclosures of game!

1)Rich's ad="#1 - Stern Monopoly, nice game, slight wear on flipper
buttons
(could
be covered by $35 new style rails from Terry at Pinball Life).  Needs
PF cleaned (Novus), has new rubber kit that goes with"

2)"heres where i will take my first loss. bought this pin from rich 6
weeks ago. buying the TOM from ken, need the cash. pin looks new
except for slight fade on left side cab(barely noticeable). plays
100%
very clean. i want it gone by the weekend so, if you want it come and
grab it. thanks joe

3)"real nice monopoly pin  for 2500. looks just like it came out of
the
box. in jax, fl. email for pics. i wont have this game long at this
price. new rubbers come as well. intersted in trades if they are for
other decent machines. looking for lotr, taf, tommy, ft, ulitimate
mk3, tom. thanks "

4)this thing is close to new cosmeticly. make offers the worst thing
i
can say is no. (jax fl) location
i would like to have this pin gone before the weekend. thanks

This is RGP...Not E-bay. Disclosure is everything on this NG. Not
saying you are a bad person so no reason to say stupid things.
Best thing to do is learn about disclosure. You are a relative newbie
here and being defensive doesn't help when the facts are in writing.

Asking me to blow you is a very mature way of handling this.- Hide quoted text -

Hey SE, I am with you on this one.
When you say almost like new, how like new can someone expect for
1700? This may not be the most pop title from stern but a really
really like new should go for at least 2500 or so. So when I read like
new at 1700 I take it to mean a really nice looking clean machine for
the price.
No one is going to get a NIB machine for 1700...

Um, I think I was defending the other guy and said you by accident.
I think you're both kind of wrong here though.
He seems to be offering a good price for a machine in pretty good
shape. That being said the fact that the price is nice makes it seem
that there should be no reason not to point out the few flaws it may
have instead of trying to make it sound like new. He did leave himself
an out though because he said close to new and practically new which
leaves some breathing room
You on the other hand seem to be taking his minor mistatements to the
nth degree. If he were asking 2400 then this minor mistatement would
become major but since he's asking less than I've seen one of these
for ever I don't see his statements to be a major mistatement at all.
I've seen sellers that have been way more sneaky and openly deceptive
and I'm sorry but I don't see that here. When you go real low on price
I think there is an expectation that the item won't be pristine...
