This fellow had a fistfull of Zaccaria drop targets up on line. So I
went to enter a bid.. and Ebay told me that the seller had blocked me
from bidding on the item. How does that happen? I sent him an email

the parts now, I am just curious as to how that works on Ebay. Did he
block me specifically? Did he block all new bids from anyone towards
the end?

I have been blocked from bidding in the past, because I do not have a
Pay Pal account, and sometimes the auction is Pay Pal only...If it
isn't listed at the top of the auction sometimes I forget to look...;-
( I have had to send a couple e-mails after winning an auction...but
anyway, If you don't have Pay Pal and the auction states Pay Pal only,
sometimes it will not let you bid...Not sure if this is the case just
giving one possible reason. :-)
