tech: austin powers dr evil error

working on this pin with a friend.
he just got it.
im not familiar with the pin or gameplay.
here is whats going on:
turn the machine on and an error come sup, then keep spopping up now
and tehn.

"coil # 19 dr evil relay board malfunction"

-swapping relay boards did nothing, same message comes up.
-switching out xsistor tip122 on board that goes to this does nothing,
problem still exists.

you can not test the motor itself in the test menu, so i cant do that
either to at least see if the motor works or not..

thoughts???
