Where to buy KISS under playfield bulb board?

For lack of a better description, someone posted pics of a KISS pf
swap about a year ago and he had bought a lamp board for all of the K-
I-S-S letters in the middle of the pf instead of using the original
design where they are all soldered together with the common ground
wire.

Any idea where I could get one of those for my upcoming pf swap?
For anyone that may have already done this, how tough is it to wire
up?
