Remove J118 from the upper right of the CPU and power on to confirm it's not
a switch issue. Though if it's coming on right away on power up, then it's
going to be a drive side board issue.
Q75 is the drive for the left sling. Though if you're having trouble
detirmining what transistor is the problem, I'd probably recommend having
someone with experience with board work replace it if you.

I just turned my f-14 on and played some games on it. i just happened
to notice the lower left slingshot was locked on. i shut it off and
when i power it up it locks on . i removed the rubbers and checked the
two switches. didnt see anything that jumped out at me. can someone
