I contacted the electrician and he really didn't seem to concerned
about any of it. He says the 3 prong outlets will be changed to 2
prongs where ground can't easily be hooked up, and GFI outlets will be
installed in the kitchen and bathrooms.
He said a 100 amp service upgrade would run 1800. Yikes.
