Re: WTB: 1965 GTB's- Bank-A-Ball and Kings & Queens

Question.... does Tim restore the cabs, playfields, use repro backglasses,
plastics, etc? I don't have time to full-on restore of my latest (Queen of
Hearts), but might tackle it later. So many collectors of EMs and woodrail
stress original condition but I think the Concourse De Elegance in Pebble
Beach would look kind of odd if the cars were left in their original but
naturally worn condition! Doesn't seem to hurt their value either.

What I'm saying is: I thought I'd just recondition the game and brighten it
up but the more I look at it, the more I'd like to make it closer to the day
it was born. Beautiful over original but bruised?

That's Tim Meighan, Marc. ;) Yes, he does a beautiful job restoring
games, I'm amazed every time I see his work. Sorry I missed you at the
show, I really wanted to meet you.

Spent a glorious day at the PPE this weekend. Absolute pinball heaven
- especially for EM's. My son and I spent many, many hours playing
some games we didn't even know existed. Crap- we both spent 3 hours
straight in the woodrail section alone! Sent off my contribution to
the Pacific Pinball Museum cause and am dying to increase my EM herd.

Looking for the above games, and though I doubt I'd ever be fortunate
to buy a Tim Meinert restored game [THE gold standard] , I would like
to buy great examples of the above two games. Will pay accordingly- if
they're REAL nice and already restored, I'm your man. If they are
un-restored and have decent glass, minimal to no pf wear, and are 100%
complete (in other words: great restoration candidates) then PLEASE
email me if it/they are for sale!

By the way- a huge thank you to Tim Meinert for bringing such stellar
EM examples (BankA Ball and Majorettes) for the public to no tonly
see, but to play! Though watch out, Tim- Cliffy is knockin' on your
door with his Jumping Jack restoration!

email me with games:
