STTNG reset/power problem

I need serious help with figuring out an STTNG reset problem:

I just finished up my first pin restoration, an STTNG. It seemed to
work on arrival except it threw endless multiballs because of
defective trough boards. I could score billions if I wanted to. It
never reset in spite of all of the wild action going on. I played it a
few days then set about fully tearing it down to bare playfield and
cabinet.

I didn't mess with the wiring harnesses and kept them intact as best
possible. They were lightly wiped clean. The boards were all removed
and lightly brushed off. All connectors appeared to be okay and none
were burned or loose fitting. No components were changed on any
board.

All coils were checked for continuity and proper resistance. About 2/3
of the coils were replaced then their continuity in situ checked. All
lamps were replaced. A new high power board, trough opto board, and
DMD were installed. Every piece of metal and screws were polished on a
wire brush grinder. All wires/lamps were inspected to be sure none
were shorting against another metal piece. Cannon harnesses were
replaced.

The board fired up properly at first launch, and the only errors found
when running the full test package were 4 lamps that were dead on
installation. The cannons worked fine. I played about 6 games (very
low scores since I sucked as a player and was trying to figure out
what I was supposed to be doing). On the seventh game I got a
multiball going with a lot of lights flashing when the first reset
hit. Now as I've gotten better as a player with higher scores, I get
resets every time a lot of action is going on.

I pulled out my M3M guides and searched RPG for advice. Here's my
findings of my voltages:

TP1 12VU- 13.9V
TP2 5V- 5.0V
TP3 12VR- 12.2V
TP4 ZC- 0.3V
TP5 Ground
TP6 50V- 88.1V + very slowly drops the longer the DMM lead is on it
TP7 20V- 22.0V
TP8 18V- in attract mode, 14.5V all lights on, 18.3V all lights off,
16.7V all lights blinking randomly

Voltages read off the backs of Power Driver Board connectors while in
attract mode:

J101-1+2 (Red 9VAC) 5.4V
J101-4+5 (Blue-White 13VAC) 7.0V
J101-6+7 (Blue-White 13VAC) 7.7V

J102-1+2 (White-Red 16VAC) 8.3V
J102-3+4 (White-Red 16VAC) 9.0V
J102-5+6 (Black-Yellow 16VAC) 22.7V
J102-8+9 (Black-Yellow 16VAC) 34.4V

Numbers in parentheses are taken from my STTNG manual schematics page
3-33 as voltages from transformer secondary.

M3M blames the BRs 1+2 likely as the prime culprit for resets, but I
don't seem to be even getting the proper voltages to them to begin
with. They are low too at the "+" lead, something like in the 8V range
if I remember right from late last night.

I checked the transformer leads. All seem intact. The line filter
outputs 121-122V from my wall socket and doesn't change if I let it
heat up a bit. I have no idea what the proper outputs are from the
transformer but they sure aren't what my manual says is supposed to be
showing up at J101/102 among others. The jumpers are proper for my
voltage per M3M.

All my LEDs light up like they are supposed to. My wall voltage seems
rock solid without drops from other sources.

Anyone have an idea where I should go from here? I seem to have crazy
voltages yet thing work until the action gets going. Is my transformer
not up to snuff? Is this a board issue with BR1/2, Cap 5/6? I'm not
ready to start ripping the board apart until I get a better
understanding how it is properly powered.

Thanks for the help. After 6 months of work and my wife getting ready
to divorce me since I spend so much time in the basement, this is a
real disappointment that I got so close, but no cigar.
