I've been having a hell of a time keeping the ramp assembly from
sticking up. I rebuilt the assembly and used a new coil sleeve. It's
very smooth when it moves. I've tried adjusting the whole angle of
the assembly, but every so often it sticks in the up position (coil
not energized.) Has anyone had this problem and figured out a good
fix?
Mine had this problem. It turned out to be the roll pin on the
solenoid plunger was sticking out ever so slightly. Small filing job
and it was perfect after that.
