John Deere pin, what a friggin' joke
What...Redman multiball where you try to shoot the missing tooth
mode ?!?
Laugh all ya want. We'll still keep feedin' ya from our bread basket :)
I wish a lot more people were like you, Expat. Those who hate America
should just leave, like you did. That would be much less hypocritical
than staying in a country you can't stand.

Yeah...wow another black and white kinda guy eh!

I do realize trying to reason with you is pointless..so why even try.
What exactly have you done for America besides living in it ???

I know I personally volunteered an average of 5 hours a week for 7
years teaching English to Latino immigrants when I lived in Washington
DC,not to mention I volunteered at the DCAC(The only community
supported Arts center in DC) for 2 years as well.

I don't hate America, people like you make me shake my head at the lack
of education and understanding

I know it's your defense mechanism to try and paint everyone who
doesn't agree w/ you as some sort of commie liberal traitor...it's
also a dead-give-away as to your lack of intelligence and poor
reasoning capabilities.

And uhh,yer not feeding me from (LOL!..your breadbasket..got a grain
silo in yer rambler)
We've got local stuff w/ far less chemicals than yer factory farms are
serving up to you!

And you really still swallow that family farmer BS do you???? I worked
on a dairy farm for 2 summers as a teenager
It ain't romantic and frontier-like.

I left the USA for a new experience but along the way I figured out
that being an average Joe is a whole lot better in Europe than the
USA.

Ya know,longer vacations,less crime.Politics that isn't a culture of
celebrity/stupidity/$$$
If yer rich, well life is usually fine just about anywhere

Actually, Cliff, the USA would be a whole lot better place if people like
YOU left it.

Geez and here I was respecting you for actually putting your words to
deeds. Shame on me.

What have I contributed? Don't swallow the family farm bs? Well sir,
they go hand in hand. My family are farmers and I have contributed to
the foodstuffs of this country by being such.

YOUR knee-jerk reaction of trying to pigeonhole me shows YOUR black and
white view and YOUR lack of education. Rather than contribute, you run
away. That's fine, I respect that you're not a hypocrite. If ya can't
stand the heat get the hell out of the kitchen! Your longer vacation,
less crime blurb just shows your true sense of entitlement though. No, I
think I'll stay right here. I've been to Germany, England, Ireland,
Switzerland and India and while they all have their charm there is
NOTHING like coming home.

I *love* these united states and feel in my heart I owe this great
country a debt for the opportunities it's given me and my family. The
opportunity to strive for success in whatever fashion we feel will work
best without the need for our fellow taxpayers to subsidize us. Sink or
swim, we are at least free to try. At 70 years old my father still runs
the farm / ranch that we as a family built on his original homestead in
Alaska. He will never know a "vacation" or "retirement". He will milk
those cows and plow that soil to feed his family and his community (yes,
he's created a community co-op up there) till the day he dies. He was
*given* NOTHING. He worked physically hard for everything, as did all of
us, his children. We lived by Captain John Smith's motto "no work, no
eat" and it's a work ethic we live by and I teach my children today.

So feel free to criticize Americas agricultural heritage. Like I said,
we'll still be happy to keep you fat and happy.

Sense of entitlement ?!? For living somewhere else?!?
As 'ol Zappa said "It takes a lotta pressure to make a man Republican"
You are strangely projecting some sorta image of what you hate or
dislike onto me..
You don't know me but assume a whole lot, that makes your argument
rather suspect

I didn't contribute?!?

Ever done any research Cliff...you'll notice that the so called "Red
States"/Heartland are actually the biggest welfare queens at the teat
of the Federal Govt.Taking FAR more than they contribute to the Govt.

http://www.taxfoundation.org/blog/show/1397.html

http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?res=9A03E4D91730F934A35756C0A9649C8B63

The so-called Blue states actually PAY far more in taxes to the
Federal Govt. than they ever receive back.

That's a FACT...

So you can take that whole backwoods/small-town people/backbone-of-
America spiel and shove it.

It isn't TRUE!!!

I volunteered my time PLENTY and have worked a full time job all of
my adult life

You haven't exactly bowled me over with any of your noble deeds.
or do you share that modern conservative disease of actually
complaining a lot and doing absolutely NOTHING

Are you declaring income on that little side business of yours..sure
hope so
Wouldn't want you to be a hypocrite now would we ?!?

And if you truly think that family farmers make up any percentage of
what's actually farmed in the USA these days...
You really need to do some reading, that heritage is just about dead
and gone...granted it's getting HUGE handouts from the Federal govt

And once again, you state YOU'RE keeping me fed ?!?
Not a chance,in any way shape or form.

Maybe you should try living in a country where the govt. doesn't let
the Free market dominate every aspect of life.
I think you'd find it quite nice.

After all,we are here to LIVE aren't we ?!?

Personally I don't find it a rewarding and rich journey to make my
life as hard/joyless as possible.

Maybe you should move to Somalia
I hear it's real TOUGH to get by over there ;)
Then you could regale us with some REAL stories from the rough and
tumble frontier.

I'm done with this so have at it little guy!
