I would look at radio shack for the fan, they sell a few differnt
sizes and I think you'd probably find the right one there.
As for the power supply any of these AT PC power supplies should work.
Standard was 200w kind of inssuficient but you can use the first one
here that's 230w or you can go even better to go with higher wattage
like 350w will output the same voltages but just run much cooler.
