This happens sometimes with my Twilight Zone and others. I will be
touch the side rails and maybe the coin door and I get a medium
shock. The ground wire is fine and the wall plug is good. What could
cause this?
Thanks

You are making a low voltage ground. From where?? If you have a three
plug outlet you have a live wire (AKA hot), neutral it returns power
to the source(your meter, this is how your power company bills you).
The last wire is called the earth wire. This is a safety wire so power
always has a place go. Without this wire you could walk up to a pin
that wasn't grounded correctly and once you touch the game you would
complete ground and the amps would flow. If the amps are just a slight
pinch I wouldn't worry to much. I've seen a lot of pins do the same
thing. I don't think you could find the leak even if you wanted to.
Start looking at the grounding wires. Look for open grounds. Start by
looking for floating grounds, lose wires. Good luck. If you game is on
a surge protector that will protect you from completing a deadly
ground.
