Backglass delaminated 80% - options?

I've posted a WTB for a HH translite as I think that'll be the better
option, but posting this thread too in case anyone has some ideas.
The HH I just picked up has a translite in very poor condition. The
ink has delaminated completely from the glass over around 80% of the
glass. However, what's come off is in around 6 or 7 big chunks and
somewhat curled. I guess (even if it's possible) I'll only get one
shot at giving this a try and I've nothing to lose, so any suggestions
on how to stick the ink down, flatten it etc are appreciated. Triple
Thick or similar is fine once everything is reattached, but so much
has come off the glass that first of all I need to try and fit it back
down.
Or is it just a lost cause and I should hold out for the translite?
