DM Tech Question

HI guys and gals, I am having a problem with my Demo Man. As soon as
I flip the power switch, all 3 flipper go up and hold for about 2
seconds, also during that time, the DMD has almost all dots lit.
After that intial problem, the game plays great with no errors.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Brian
