You missed a few things Jason. The truck died in the middle of the night
Feb. 13th, 30 below wind-chill, nothing like hiking all over to find a phone
and tow truck. Someone broke the front window trying to get in my business,
they didn't, but did take out the window and my Goose neon sign, police woke
me at 6am so I could deal with that.. Then our 8 time convicted felon's
ferret I took in so she wouldn't be put down, was lonely so I found her a
playmate, which got tangled in his little hammock and died, in my hands. A
vacuum cleaner died, and hoping to find a free or cheap one I waited, but
when someone took out 2 lights over a pool table, I had to buy one. Because
of storms, I lost power about 8:30pm on two different Friday nights, just
when I was getting busy and almost gave me a glimmer of hope, and I haven't
lost power here for years. One huge problem only one person knows about, and
we aren't going to discuss. and I'm sure a few things I'm probably
forgetting.
This isn't a feel sorry for Lloyd post.
It's a celebration of life.
But not to worry. I've often lived a wild a crazy life. Filled with
adventure. I've never known failure, I've never known defeat. When I was
young I memorized a Latin motto, Victoria Aut Mors. I don't know any
different.
Just little pain in the ass set backs.
Right now I'm contemplating a vehicle that works, Batman pinball and banner
for window, and a day off so I can try and have a late 4th of July, because
I really need a day off.
A la vida loca LTG :)

90% of the rgp population probably doesn't know even a little bit of
the story.
Back in spring Lloyd was saving up for a Shrek with all good
intentions of buying one and money saved ready to do it.
Then his trusty old Chev PU with the tommylift broke down of over 300k
good miles.
Not worth fixing he had to buy a vehicle worthy of transportation.
He found a used van with a rebuilt transmission and low mileage. With
the only money in hand it had to be done.
Vehicle was doing great and things were good. But no new pin for the
business to make him money.
Off to the north he went to his only one time a year vacation for 4th
of July and the motor blew up on him !!!
What's the guy to do. It's just a bad situation and he's got the
brunt end of the stick.
The guy tries and brings joy and entertainment to the young and old.
He's a humble guy and likes to help out in the best way he can on this
group. He is a wealth of information and a great asset on this group
and pinball community.
I wish him the best in everything he does but in the last 6 months
things have really kicked him in the nuts.
With the failing economy and lack of public traffic support it's scary
to think he may not be around much longer.
This isn't a feel sorry for Lloyd post, but I do hope there is some
glimmer of hope to prolong the inevitable.
If SS Billiards can change a few things to bring in more traffic that
would help. Not sure of the answers but when you don't have the $$ to
make changes what's a guy to do.
