So in my never ending searches on ebay, I come across this little gem:

Now, nothing strange about this auction until I read this little part
"dies from this set are being auctioned to offset payments not
received from a 2006 purchase order."
I emailed the seller to ask if they could divulge who commissioned the
2006 purchase, but they declined to tell me. They did tell me they do
have other safecracker dies to sell, but are hoping that the
outstanding purchase order will be paid in full before they have to go
ahead and sell them.

OK.
American Management has the ethics of your average nigerian scammer.
They think nothing of stiffing the little guy and hide behind hordes
of unethical lawyers (is there any other kind?) to make collection so
difficult that the little guy gives up.
