EM Tech: Centigrade 37

I just got a very nice C37, but it has one issue, the feature lights
don't alternate as they are supposed to. I've located the relay that
does this, but since I don't have the schematic, I don't know what
energizes it. I was hoping that someone would either know how to fix
this problem, or have the schematic. I'm also missing the score motor
switch listing from the cabinet as well, so I'm really flying blind :-

PS I will order the schematics form PBR eventually, but I just did a
big order with them, hate to do another just for one thing!
