Lucky Strike Pinball Sticker / Stencils and Ms Pac Man help!

I am looking for anyone that may be able to either sell me or provide
me a clear scan of the sticker / decal that is on the most upper left
portion of the playfield. This is the decal that has information
regarding the game and appears on, I guess, the upper skirt on the
playfield.

Also, anyone have stencils for the cabinet art for this game?
Looking for information as to how the game functions in the sense as
to when is the SPECIAL lit do you have to get so many spare?
What do the number atop the backboard signify (these light up at games
end and there are numbers that go 1-0 (10 frames??)
What causes the red Special lights to light?

At last, I have a Ms Pac Man cocktail game that everything is working
great except the lights by the joy sticks and on the coin door. Fuse
is good so I have eliminated that.
