TECH: Sega super sized display problems

Games boots into attract mode, no display. +5 volts to controller
board good (reads 5.07v dc). Connections from cpu to controller board
via 26 pin ribbon cable good, 14 pin ribbon from controller board to
display good. +5 and +18 volts on input power for cherry display
good. In an area on the cherry display I noticed a little test point
area with voltages labeled. All points test out to specs except for
the one labeled +10v. Any suggestions? I really do not want to go
the route of $400 for a new display if this one can be fixed.

Thank you for your time

Derek
