I've seen this exact symptom on two games in the last six months.
Both already had new bridges at BR1 and BR2 and their related
capacitors replaced with new. Coincidentally, one of the games was a
WH2O.

Replacing C4 fixed both games. 100 mf, 10V. It's a $0.50 part so
what have you got to lose to try?

Let us know if you try this and if it fixes your problem.

I got a WH20 as a gift from my son several weeks ago. The machine
would occasionally reset while playing, usually at the beginning after
first being turned on. Whenever I would press the right flipper
button, it would reset. After doing this about 5 or 6 times, it would
be fine. Every once in a while it would reset in a middle of a game,
but very rarely.

I just went to turn it on, it started, I press "Start" and the machine
reset. Now when it finishes the "Testing" sequence and turns on the
game lights, it reset again and again and again. Haven't been able to
stop it. I tried to shut it down, wait a while and start again, but it
keeps doing it. I just played it couple of hours ago without any
problems.

Any thoughts on where to start looking? I am quite new at this. I've
built my own PC so I am not totally helpless, but really don't have
any meters, etc.

The game has a brand new Rottendog CPU board with WH20 CPU ROM U6 LH6
and and old Power board that probably needs replacing.

Any pointers would be very much appreciated.
