Now you know for the future to not adjust stuff with the power on - valuable lesson learned. Anyone that's worked on pins for a long time learns it.
I still risk it occasionally, but I also took my switch adjusters and put some heat shrink tubing on it. (Although I can't find that one right now......) Too easy to slip.
I think that's why WMS put the lockout switch on the machine, not to protect the operator, but so the boards didn't get blown up by adjusting with the power on (which you do have to do occasionally - it's a pain to adjust a pop bumper with the power off, turn on, test, power off, etc)
Glad nothing else was wasted.
