Tried to log in this morning and WHAM! got a message that Time Warner
has stopped all newsgroups. Way to TWC. After calling them and getting
the run around and the suggestion from Time Warner that I use a
premium news reader service I'll use Google until I get over my mad. I
asked if they were going to pass down the savings to the customer and
got transferred to 4 different people who were supposed to answer my
question but just passed me on to someone else who couldn't or
wouldn't answer the question. I guess I'm now flagged now as a trouble
maker or worse.
Vote with your wallet; it's the only thing they care about.

Have a home video that's trapped on your camera? Want to share it on the
web or on DVD?

Verizon has also done this, as well as Sprint. I wouldn't be
surprised if all ISP's at least blocked the binary groups due to RIAA/
BSA pressure.
