Re: BALLY Lamp Driver Board TEST AID Final Product Done!

I am phasing out artwork and plastics. Too much overhead for so little
in return; besides, I didn't go to college for 4 years getting an
electronics engineering degree for nothing. Seeing all the board re-
makes sparked an interest in me. I have the education to re-design
boards or even design new ones. I want to go back to using my degree.
The funny thing is that in the 80's when I was in college , all the
lab experiments I build on bread boards was the same technology that
the pinball machines use. I know that era inside out and backwards.

I would like to design some "cool" electronic mods for pins as well
but want to get the test aids built first so I can troubleshoot boards
quick

Thanks for the compliment

I have the final design done today and got the assembly time down to
1.5 hours per unit. If sales are good, I will start designing stand
alone test aids for every system of boards.

Will you be doing the Wpc boards?

If Jeff's testing units are as good as the artowrk he used to repro, these
things should be the nuts.
