I'l post my $.02 and say that Jim is a stand-up guy that stands by his
product. I had problems with his Sys 11 PS causing speaker hum in a
Pinbot. I worked with Jim in trying to reach a resolution by swapping
components but never got the problem corrected to my satisfaction.
Jim refunded my purchase price - even though I had purchased through
Marco - AND he let me keep the board. Can't get better customer
service than that.

If not for Jim's efforts, a lot of games may have ended up in a scrap
heap. How anybody could knock those efforts in inconceivable. Purist
or not, if you can improve a shitty design, then by all means do so.
