Delayed shipping orders apology from Phoenixarcade

Recently I have gotten some angry phone calls and emails about late
shipping. Some have resulted in cancelled orders and refunds.
I want to apologize for this. I also want to state that these issues
have arisen due to circumstances out of my control. The only delays
are from orders for inventory that I dont personally have here. When
my contract was signed with IPB they were to have full control of
everything I made. Starting with AFM that all changed. Still, IPB has
100% of many projects and I send them the orders to ship. I usually
dont even know if they have shipped the order or not until I hear from
the customer. The last 2 weeks it seems its getting worse. I keep
sending emails to IPB and they wont reply. Yet I know others have
gotten through to them because they have shown me the emails.
Im trying to rectify the situation and apologize again for any
inconvenience. Repeat customers know I have a good rep for very quick
shipping.
Alternatively you may check with my 2 biggest distributors BAA and
Marco who will treat you well.
