This is the part number:

SMC (brand) ETHEREZ 16BIT ISA 10MBPS RJ-45 network card (mfg part# SMC8416T

I found one online but it turned out to be defective,  hopefully I can get
it exchanged.

I used to have a bunch of the SMC ISA 10MB ethernet netowrk cards.
They produced about 4 to 6 different models, but most models could use
any of the other models in the series drivers. At least the drivers
for DOS/Win, WinNT 3.5 and 4.0, Novell Netware 3.x and 4.x, and early
versions (mid/late 90s) of RedHat and SuSE Linux.

I know one or two of the early models won't work with one or two of
the latest models in that series, but I used to make boot disks and
just use the earlier drivers that worked on all of the cards. I know
some of my stash contained SMC8416T, but I'm not sure how many, nor
how many of the other models similiar to the SMC8416 I have. I
probably won't have a chance to check until Thursday night or the
weekend. Hopefully I still have some of them. I know I've parted with
several of them over the years.

Since I still have a few ISA machines stashed away, I can test the
cards to make sure they connect to a network, but since I have no P2k
machine, I can't test them in a pinball machine.

Just about a year ago, I used to see these cards being sold all over
ebay for like 99 cents each or 10 packs for 5 or 6 bucks, though
shipping was usually marked up a few bucks so it ended up being 5-10
dollars a card. So that may be another alternative
.
