I've been trying to call for over two hours (12 times) and get nothing
but a busy signal.
I am ready to bag it and go to Marco's and order online. The extra
$10 it will cost me is worth the ease in which I can order there.
Is it normal to have such problems with PBR?

He's extremely busy on Mondays in general. Just placed a VERY small
order today for 1 drop target. I know, stupid, but it's all I can do
at the moment.
Anyway, it took him about 4 hours to answer my email and tell me it
was shipping today. That's the longest he's ever taken to answer an
email, so I know he's busy.
I'm so happy that he has drop targets for 30+ year old machines (Black
Hole in this case). Follow the advice of others and send an email.
At least he'll tell you to call him directly, but I suspect he'll just
tell you what to do and how to do it.
Good luck!
