For #1 -- Sounds like you have no load on the 48VDC power.
With no load -- you will normally see roughly 50V x 1.414 or about 70VDC.

Question #1 - Bridge rectifier that supplied 48 Volts DC is reading 70
Volts DC. 51 Volts AC input reads fine. I replaced the rectifier and my
readings are still the same. Any ideas where the additional voltage is
coming from?
Question #2 - At machine power up several of the solenoids on the
playfield are engaging. AC fuse F7, 8 amp slowblo will blow ater about 3
seconds. Is this a driver board issue? If not, any other suggestions?
