There is one known issue.  Currently on Vista 64 the plugin only
installs on the 64bit version of IE.

Open Internet explorer and go to google groups. When you get to a
page that has posts on it it should popup. You can select people to
block from the list it generates or add your own. It is also in the
system tray (orange and white face) You should also see it in the
task bar. We will write instructions later. I figured today was a
great day to start the tests ;-)
