The 75 OHM 10 Watt Resistor that runs the red rollover bonus light is bad.
I
looked for a replacement at Marco and tried Radio Shack and neither had it
listed. Radio Shack has a 50 OHM 10 Watt listed would this work on my
machine? Where could I find a 75 OHM 10 Watt? Thnx Dennis
Get the Radio Shack 50 ohm resistor, but get TWO
of them. Then tie an end of each of the two resistors
together for a total of 100 ohms. This should work fine,
especially if you have the game on hi-tap.
The resistor is used so the solenoid power can
light a lamp (which is kind of weird). at 75 ohms,
the light is usually way too bright. And if you're
on hi-tap (solenoid voltage another 2 volts),
then the 75 ohm resistor really is too small.
