Martin is right on this one. It doesn't hurt to look over the cpu for loose
IC's, any that are socketed be sure the legs aren't tarnished. Even reseat
connectors. LTG :)

Marvin will have you ripping out your PD board and hacking at it
pretty quickly, so be careful when working on this one. Your voltages
look good, so I would lay initial suspicion on the CPU board. You can
try tapping lightly on the socketed parts on the board with the handle
of a screwdriver, see if something is loose.
