Anyone ever try rescuing a full-size arcade shooting gallery? Like

Have there ever been any books or web sites directed toward the
history of these shooting galleries? Just out of curiosity I was
surfing around the Internet looking for some historical information,
but my Google skills are failing me. All my hits are mostly links to
toys and video games.
Funny you should mention that. My new business - and the reason I was super busy for the past six months or so, was exactly that. I bought up an old strobe light rifle gallery (Made b y Taylor Enginering) here in Vancouver BC and have been restoring it all year. It is located out at the Pacific National Exhibition - PNE and I have started a VERY basic web site on it -
http://www.bonanzagallery.com/
Shall set it up with a proper web host sooner or later and put up pictures of the gallery and targets. We just finished (midnight tonight - October 31st) the year for the game (gets too cold here) with the Fright Nights which ran from October 15th through the 31st. Ghosts, witches, etc. have been added - next year hope to have better sound effects...
