We can probably handle the repairs for you. Usually t-rex issues on
this game are rather involved and require circuit board work and an
extensive amount of trobleshooting/testing, so we'd have to have you
bring the game in and leave it with us for a while to tackle this
one. Ball trough issues are often either switch misadjustments or
worn out parts with the ball release coil assembly (this one usually
requires new parts or some moderate repair to fix).
We're in Salt Lake- about 3300 S. and Highland Drive.
If interested, let us know. E-mail or call for rates or more info:

I have a Data East Jurassic Park pin and (surprise!) my T-Rex isn't
functioning properly. It moves a little bit side to side, but it
doesn't attempt to eat the ball. Thankfully the game plays normally
without it, but it's one of the coolest parts of the game. Also, I
must have a sticky switch or something, because my game kicks a second
ball into the plunger every once in a while.
I'd appreciate any local help on these little issues. I'm new to the
pinball world, but if I can get a start I'd be more encouraged to
fully dive into the hobby. My dad has a Simpsons pin that needs some
minor maintenance performed, but I want to deal with my own stuff
before tackling his.
I'm in Centerville, by the way.
