Tech: Firepower firing solenoids at start, will not play

Ok, I had this thing working.

Now when I turn it on, it fires all the solenoids (except the specials -
pop bumpers and slingshots), says Firepower and makes the background noise.

I noticed the MPU leds are both on solid.

Occasionally, it will boot in audit mode.

This thing is driving me nuts...it was working perfectly this morning! Did
the mpu take a dump?
