@k35g2000prh.googlegroups.com:
I recently got a Gorgar pinball machine (Williams,1979,sys6) this isSounds like every pin I've purchased :)
my first pinball machine. When I turn it on the light bulbs turn on,
but that's it. the score/credit displays are blank and I can't get it
to do anything. Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting this
issue?
Thanks,
Nick
Here's where you need to start -
http://www.pinrepair.com/sys37/
read this - and follow it through step by step. If you don't have a volt-
ohm meter, get one (make sure it has a diode setting).
What you are describing could be a host of things.
For any Sys6, always replace the interconnect between the mpu and the
driver board (even if it looks ok, because it usually isn't).
