#1) I haven't seen any troll activity lately so not sure what or whom you are referring to. Don't wanna know either :) My filters are working just the way they should, I suppose :)

#2) If there is activity I agree 100% with your sentiment. However, I would refer folks to #1 so they may enjoy the same level of peace and productivity I and many others enjoy. Then no one has to warn against troll feeding in the first place :)
